TERMS & CONDITIONS

You, as the client, are hiring Click Boost Pro (Legally Social Vision Marketing Agency Inc.) to provide web development, SEO, and ads management services based on the selected subscription package. This agreement outlines the terms of service and responsibilities for both parties on a month-to-month basis.

What do both parties agree to do?

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide all materials, including text content, images, and any additional information(e.g., contact details, pricing), in the requested format and on time.
• Review and approve our work in a timely manner, providing feedback or corrections as needed.
• Adhere to the payment schedule outlined for your chosen subscription package.

You agree to provide this information within the timeline requested by Click Boost Pro to avoid delays in project completion or service delivery. Failure to provide timely content or approvals may result in delays, for which Click Boost Pro will not be held liable. Any such delays will not affect the agreed-upon payment schedule.

We, as Click Boost Pro, agree to:

• Deliver services as detailed in your selected subscription plan.
• Perform the necessary services professionally and on time.
• Maintain confidentiality for any sensitive or proprietary information you provide.
• Work to meet deadlines, but we are not responsible for delays if you are late in providing materials, approvals, or feedback.

Subscription Packages

Click Boost Pro offers the following pricing packages for our services:

1. Digital Foundation – $1000/month
   Perfect for businesses looking to improve their online visibility and maintain a well-functioning website.

   • Full website development or ongoing website management.
   • On-page and off-page SEO.
   • Monthly website audits to check performance and identify improvement areas.
   • Keyword research and implementation to optimize your search engine rankings.
   • Mobile and speed optimization to enhance user experience across devices.

2. Targeted Growth – $700/month
   Ideal for businesses that want to grow quickly using targeted paid advertising.

   • Create and manage ads on Facebook, Google, and Yelp.
   • Audience targeting to ensure your ads reach the right customers.
   • Write ad copy and suggest design concepts.
   • Test ad performance to determine what works best.
   • Monthly reports with recommendations for improving your campaigns.

3. Digital Domination – $1499/month
   Comprehensive marketing solution combining SEO and paid advertising to maximize growth.

   • SEO and ongoing website management.
   • Ads management for Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
   • Full digital marketing strategy, including a roadmap to boost your online presence.
   • Monthly updates and progress reports.
   • Optimization campaigns to continually improve your digital efforts.
   • Bid monitoring for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ad budget efficiency.

Work Details

We will design the look and functionality of your website as part of the service. This includes regular updates to keep your content fresh, whether it be text, photos, or promotions. You are responsible for providing the necessary content when requested.

If additional service areas need to be targeted via SEO beyond the basic 8-city target, an additional charge of $75 per month will apply for every 3 added service areas. This is only relevant for businesses adding more target locations over time.

Our hourly rate of $75 applies only to tasks not outlined in the selected subscription package, such as special website customization or plugin integrations.

Layout and Testing

If your website requires the use of outsourced forms, plugins, or scripts from third-party providers, we will notify you of any additional charges that may apply. We will ensure that your website is tested on all major current browsers, including Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with outdated browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer versions older than IE7, unless otherwise requested. Any additional coding for such browsers will incur a charge based on our hourly rate.

What Your Subscription Includes

For each subscription package, the following services are included:

• A website designed and built to function seamlessly across all devices.
• Local search engine optimization (SEO) to improve your organic search visibility.
• Google My Business account setup and optimization.
• Regular website updates, including changes to text, images, promotions, and pages.
• Website hosting (external web files are not included).
• SSL certificate to ensure a secure browsing experience.
• Analysis of website ranking and performance stats.
• A standard privacy policy template and accessibility tools for your website (does not constitute legal advice).
• One landing page for external marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Please note that we do not manage business calendars, event calendars, customer databases, or Google AdWords campaigns unless explicitly included in your package.

Text Content

We will prepare unique text content for up to 15 pages of your website, including the home page, service pages, and other essential sections. After the site launch, you are responsible for providing any additional content needed, including blog posts and long-form articles. We will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the text once published on your website.

Photographs

You are welcome to supply photographs in digital format, and we will also source stock photography as necessary. Any specific image requests should be communicated promptly.

Domain & Hosting

Your website must be hosted on our server, as part of the subscription. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own domain. Click Boost Pro does not manage domain renewals or ownership changes.

Results Disclaimer

Click Boost Pro strives to deliver the best possible results through its SEO, ad management, and digital marketing services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or business growth. The success of online marketing efforts depends on several factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and changes in search engine algorithms.

Legal Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that your website will always operate without errors. We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the operation or malfunction of the website. We are also not responsible for any inaccuracies in the content you provide, including guarantees, testimonials, or privacy policies. The privacy policy template and accessibility tools we provide do not constitute legal advice.

Copyright and Ownership

You guarantee that any text, graphics, photos, or designs provided to us are either owned by you or have proper licensing. Once we receive your first payment, copyright of all materials you provide is automatically assigned to you. However, the design, code, and technical elements of the website remain the property of Click Boost Pro. We license these to you for the duration of our contract.

We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio or case studies without disclosing any confidential business information.

Website Updates and Changes

Included in your subscription is the ability to request updates and changes, such as changes to text, images, or the addition or removal of pages. Updates do not include major structural changes or redesigns. All update requests must be submitted through our support ticket system. We do not accept change requests via direct text messages or through account managers. Updates typically take two business days but may require additional time depending on complexity.

Payments

Payments are due on a monthly basis according to the selected subscription plan. The first payment must be made upon signing this contract. If payment is not made within 30 days, your services will be paused, and your website may be unpublished until the outstanding balance is cleared.

• Targeted Growth: $700/month
• Digital Domination: $1499/month

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice via email to clickboostprocorp@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, website hosting and management will be discontinued, and ownership of the website design remains with Click Boost Pro. You will be responsible for transferring any content or domain information to a new provider.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If the issue cannot be resolved through informal discussions, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in the state of New York, and each party shall bear its own costs.

Governing Law

This agreement and any disputes related to it will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions will be filed in the state or federal courts of New York, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

This agreement is entered into with full understanding of the terms and conditions outlined above.
